Description
Roadway at and leadig up to intersection of semmes ave and west 29th sreet is literally washing out and crumbling into more and more sizeable potholes. As people continue to swerve to avoid the holes they risk hitting yhe parked vehicles there. This is all still remaanant damage from the jan-feb ice storm.
