Description
Over the past few years, RVA arborists have removed all of the trees on Arnold Avenue on the 503-527 block, decreasing curb appeal and home value. We are requesting replacement trees to replace those that have been removed along the entire street. This is a request on behalf of ourselves as well as our neighbors, who have expressed a desire for replacement trees.
