Description
Request to inspect the 1600 block of Bellevue Avenue. The street has not been cleaned in over a year. Three weeks ago, scheduled cleaning was canceled and never completed. This has caused standing water, slippery conditions, and increasing insects near my property, creating a safety and health concern for my family.
