Description
I’m writing to request two sets of Stop signs be installed at specific locations on Stony Point Parkway to reduce excessive speeding. The first set of Stop signs would be placed at the entrance to the James River apartment complex to slow traffic coming off Chippenham Parkway South. The second set is to be placed at the entrance to Creeks Edge at Stony Point. The speeds reached on this road are dangerous for pedestrians. Even school buses go too fast. My goal is to get drivers to slow down.
