Description
Large street tree in front of 2000 Fairmount Ave appears to be a declining ash tree. It has dead upper limbs, sparse canopy, and branches that contact/scratch the house during wind. Please inspect for hazardous limbs, emerald ash borer decline, clearance pruning, or removal.
