Description
Dangerous for pedestrians & drivers due to sunclear traffic signage (1 or 2 way?) and Davenport lacks a light in the intersection with 14th, but 14th & Canal do (see green & red markings). With traffic to & from the attached residential garage for 117 S 14th street (marked blue) there is more traffic coming and going through the alley, on top of box truck deliveries & illegally parked vehicles. All of this makes it a bit harrowing for residents who need the sidewalk to get to 14th x Cary garage.
