Tree is causing residents to possibly fall because the trees roots are growing upwardly from the ground to the sidewalk, tree limbs are falling into the street causing accidents on the corner oof 1701 Blair street, Richmond Virginia, Causing many safety concerns for any individual's driving through the neighborhood
