Description
When I was driving the speed limit in the right lane on Ellwood Ave, I saw 2 man at the crosswalk and slowed down to let them cross -- it was not an abrupt stop. As I did that, an SUV honked at me from behind and swerved to the left lane. They had to stop short as the men had started to cross. I'm now afraid to stop for pedestrians (crazy!) for fear I'll cause an accident -- both auto & pedestrian. Is there a way to slow traffic on Ellwood w/speed humps or highlight crosswalks better? Thank you.
