Several Trip hazards in front of highly travelled sidewalk in front of 6th Baptist Church. Elder congregation member during the month of April, due to panels of sidewalk creating a trip hazard. Panel need to be replaced before more accidents and injury to all whom walk this corridor and attend this church,
