Description
The City of Richmond recently removed a road sign in front of my home but left behind a large exposed metal spike near the sidewalk. Multiple people have already tripped over it, and my 14-month-old child’s stroller lost a wheel after hitting it. This is a serious safety hazard and needs immediate removal before someone is seriously injured. Please address ASAP.
