Description
Just wanna know why is there a close street signing at this intersection 3RD Street and Preston when there is no construction nor city work going on. I am a member at a church on this street and we have to come down the street to attend service but we cannot sometimes attend service when the street sign is up street closed, when no work is being assigned. Thank You,
