Description
This intersection is used daily by families walking and biking to school. Many mothers and fathers are also accompanying school age children with their babies in strollers. The Monticello intersections are directly beside Holton Elementary School with heavy volume of cars and buses during school drop off/pick up and activity times This area does not have existing crosswalks for children walking/biking to school
