Description
Near School Zone and used as a pathway to Holton Elementary School-This intersection is used daily by families walking and biking to school. Many mothers and fathers are also accompanying school age children with their babies in strollers. The pathways on MacArthur intersections lead to Holton and present a dangerous crossway due to traffic traveling to and from the storefronts on MacArthur.
