Description

Raised concrete sidewalk with a 1" height difference in the walking surface. Has contributed to pedestrian falls with injury. On the South side of Marshall St under the pedestrian bridge. There was a significant injury sustained by a VCU employee about 2 years ago. The city then added concrete to add a slope to the rise in the sidewalk. That repair has since degraded and is no longer there. This is a high traffic area.
