Description
The gumball tree next to my house at 27th and S Street appears to be dying. Could the city remove the dead sections of the tree to promote healthy regrowth? The tree appears to have some kind of disease, and this year’s growth is abnormal. I do not want the tree removed, but it desperately needs some attention so disease does not spread.
