Description
Vegetation and tree branches are overgrown into the street, forcing cars to park underneath and into the branches, which is damaging vehicles. The overgrowth also severely limits available parallel parking space and causes parked cars to jut out into the roadway, creating a traffic and safety concern. This issue is located along the street side opposite houses 2900–2906 on E Franklin ST.
