Description
Section of road at intersection of Woodlawn and Kensington torn up for utility work and in preparation for paving early 2026. Adjacent section repaved but area at intersection remains unpaved several months later with no evidence of plans for return to complete work. Condition of road results in regularly scattered debris at risk of injuring nearby pedestrians as well as damage to vehicles and property.
