Description
Road cracked, rolled, sunk, and broken by heavy equipment used to remove massive white oak city tree at 4639 Leonard Parkway in Fall 2025. I observed tree company hired to take tree down using a tremendous bucket truck. When the truck was moved, the damage was apparent. I observed elderly woman tripping and falling while exiting her car parked next to broken road. Today a passing car scraped bottom while trying to avoid rolled up asphalt.
