Description

The stump is located on Thompson Street beside the building located at 3414 Monument Ave between the sidewalk and the curb. Last winter a tree was broken off about 4 Feet above the ground, the city removed the tree but left the stump which is about 4-5 feet tall. this tree is hard to see from cars trying to parallel park on Thompson especially in the dark. It is very close to the curb and has been hit numerous times by people trying to park.
