Description
You have two travel lanes trying to go through the intersection. One ends abruptly due to the dumpster and fence. There are no traffic measures and at rush hour in the evening, it causes chaos. Especially for people on bikes. There is no permit posted. And I doubt anyone would have approved this nonsense.
