Description
The signal at East/West Broad Rock and Midlothian Turnpike is dangerously unbalanced: 30 seconds for Broad Rock, 90 seconds for Midlothian. The backup reaches Hull St and Forest Hill Ave. Drivers are riding curbs and cutting through alleys near Swansboro Elementary, endangering children. I have video documentation. Please send a signal timing surveyor immediately.
