Illegally dumped trash across ebtire width of bulding in alley. Yhis is also a building fire exit, blocked. No access to garage. Sanitation cocerns frtom stench. Need urgent removal for fire safety and buildng entry and exit.Willing to partner with you yto catch the felons.
