Description
Citizen is reporting the 25mph sign is not visible turning onto to Leigh and needs to be raised. Citizen also wants to request to have another 25mph sign in the median at the same location so vehicle turning onto Leigh can see the speed limit. Coming off of 8th st on Leigh going toward N.4th
