Description
Caller states there was repair to the street 4th of July 2025 due to a tree that fell on caller's home and did major damage to street, sidewalk and caller's home. Caller there was a hole in the asphalt that was left undone. The hole about 3 feet wide. Requesting to repair asphalt that could cause damage to a car
