Description

The city opened up 12x24 inch openings on the north side of West avenue to do repair work and never repaired the sidewalk and left open holes along the entire street filled with gravel that neighbors have tripped over and fallen. The city repaired the southside but left the nort side hazardous. This has been reported and someone is going to severely hit their head or break a hip.
