Based on the information provided, it appears the concern may be related to utility or infrastructure work previously performed in the area. At this time, the Department will review the location and available work history to help determine whether the debris is associated with City work and which division or contractor may have been responsible for the activity. If City-related work is confirmed, the matter will be coordinated with the appropriate utility/restoration staff for further review and any necessary cleanup or restoration follow-up. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. Your patience is appreciated while the location and work history are reviewed.
