Description
On Malvern, headed away from from Monument Ave. At intersection w Broad Street, to continue across Broad St, the lane markings are extremely confusing. I have seen near- accidents numerous times. Street markings need to guide drivers across Broad to get to the correct lane as Malvern/Westwood continues. Sorry, no photos
