Description
Consider adding a flashing yellow arrow or left turn yield on green traveling on Stony Point Pkwy South/West going to Chippenham Pkwy South. Traffic backs up here during evening rush hour trying to get on Chippenham. The left turn onto Chippenham Pkwy North already has this. Speeds are low and sight distance is good.
