Description

Tree has numerous water sprouts that appear to have grown from a pruned branch under the power line. There are now about 10 branches growing up, into the street lamp power line and then dipping down into the street causing clearance issues. There is also deadwood caught on the branch. The homeowner asked for deadwood removal and to address clearance issues over the street since large trucks often park nearby for school delivery
