Description

There is a cover missing on a utility hole and its about 10 feet deep atleast. There is a piece of wood sittingon top of it but it ca eaisly be moved and someone could step into the hole and get severely hurt. I told a fire marshall about a month ago and he saw it and said he was reporting it, but today i see its still there and I took pictures. Its a bad safet hazard. Its at 18th and Main St. right at the corner of the sidewalk.
