Description
Both construction sites going on have blocked off access to sidewalks on either side of Hull Street. This would require pedestrians to either go all the way around on Brander Street (which also has a sidewalk closed) or back track and go down 2nd Street to Decatur to then 4th street if they want to get further down Hull Street and vice versa to the Mayo Bridge. It's absurd that the construction companies did not provide adequate detours for pedestrians. Fastest route would be walking ON Hull St.
