Description

Due to the high volume of cars coming off of W. 20th turning eastbound on Bainbridge (due to the lack of a left hand turn on Hull at Cowardin) cars are dangerous pulling out in front of eastbound Bainbridge traffic especially during work traffic. Would this be a good site for an all way stop like on Leigh at N. Allen.
