Description
There are three lanes facing west on Brookland Parkway. The leftmost turns left only, the middle is for traffic traveling across the street onto Westwood Ave, and the leftmost is for traffic turning North onto Hermitage. Cars frequently run red lights here, and it is very difficult to cross as a pedestrian due to aggressive driving (and no cross signal). One solution is to reclassify the middle lane for both left turning traffic (which is the most common direction of travel) and straight traffic
