Description

Shockoe needs traffic calming and more pedestrian lights. At 23rd and 24th and E Main I have seen pedestrians attempt to cross E Main while vehicles do not give them the right of way. This is a busy area with restaurants, grocery, shops, etc. Pedestrians should be able to cross E Main safely. I suggest flashing lights at the very least and would like to see more traffic calming measures and even protected ( with barriers) crosswalks.
