Description
The timing defaults weirdly after hours (I believe around/after 7PM). This leaves you sitting at a red light for upwards of two minutes for no reason, as the lights cycle giving a turn to a road that's blocked by boulders. The lights will turn red, then cycle to hopkins, then cycle to northbound belt with a left turn onto hopkins (doesn't exist), then cycle green for both directions, this causes heavy delay. Please make turns flashing yellow if possible.
