Description
Worsening pothole 10' from semmes on 10th outside Link garage driveway. Submitted before and ticket keeps being closed saying that is has been repaired--no work has been performed on the entire block. What would have been a simple repair originally when the first ticket was submitted in feb has now worsened significantly.
