Description
There is a public trashcan on the sidewalk that is overflowing, Garbage is scattered around it on the ground. The can needs to be emptied more frequently, and on a regular schedule. Location- 1800 block of Amelia St. about 20 ft from the intersection of Amelia and Meadow, in front of the Amelia Street School. See attached photos.
