Description
2 new street trees were planted near me, one in front of 2720 Garland Ave. and another in front of 2722 Garland Ave. Both saplings have not leafed out this spring and appear dead. While this may be due to lack of watering, please note that the owner of 2722 Garland Ave. removed a newly planted city street tree (Yoshino cherry) in 2023 or 2024 (not sure of exact year) the day after it was planted. He has solar panels and has removed numerous trees from the rental house next door).
