Description
Alley between Hanes & Garland is in disrepair. Gravel has not been graded in over 2yrs, and holes have developed throughout the surface. This is causing recurring flooding and damage to residents’ vehicles, and now affects W Essex St. . This issue has not been addressed after multple requests from the community. Requesting grading, gravel installation, and hole repair to restore safe access for residents.
