Description
On Midlothian Tnpk westbound at the intersections of Arcadia St and Carnation St. the signals are timed poorly. In the afternoon starting around 4:00pm traffic gets so backed up that it can take 7+ light cycles to get through the intersections and traffic is backing up to German School Rd. Once past Arcadia St. traffic is free flowing. I've been driving this route for years and this is something that has only recently become a recurring issue.
