Description
There are 2 potholes near the intersection of Chamberlayne Pkwy and W. Baker St. Both are obstacles when turning from Chamberlayne Pkwy, I-95, and/or Brook Rd into the parking lot of Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority's Section 8 office. They are both a few feet northwest of the crosswalk. RRHA regularly sees 100+ clients twice a week, all of whom have to navigate these potholes. The potholes could cause property damage to cars or injury to persons on foot or in wheelchairs.
