I submitted a service request on Oct 27, 2025 and case ID PDR000026561 was assigned. My case was transferred per the following. " "This RVA311 ticket will now be closed, and your EnerGov ticket number is 078980-2025. Property Maintenance Inspector Dickerson has been assigned to the case and can be reached at 804-385-0693. Please allow 5-7 business days for the inspector to schedule an initial inspection. Numerous attempts to contact the gentleman referenced but no response. Please review.
