Description
The alley is definitely in need of repair. However, one truck of gravel was dumped 2 days ago, but the alley WAS NOT GRADED FIRST. So already all the holes and dips are back, just with a bunch of fresh rocks over them. THIS DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. It actually makes it worse! Please, before they come back to do the rest of the ally, have them grade it first. Otherwise, it's just a waste of time and materials.
