Description
Regularly flooded with litter, please cleanup and display littering fine signs all throughout this block on overbrook and chamberlayne too. Insane amts of glass, condoms, latex gloves, liquor bottles, fast food containers. Have even come across a diaper full of you can guess. It’s impossible to keep up with it.
