Description

People drive the wrong way down East Seminary, around the loop and out the wrong way on West Seminary 2-3 times per day. I'm not sure if they're coming from Azalea, out of the alley, or out of one of the parking lots adjacent to Azalea, but clearly the signage is inadequate at this volume of wrong way drivers.
