Description
Work WAS NOT COMPLETED on Request ID: DPW000229819, Cityworks ID: 579316. I have uploaded a photo taken 2 hours after the request was closed. Three LARGE potholes making the right turn from Brook onto Azalea - One of these potholes has been filled 3 or 4 times already and keeps showing up so there's clearly a sinkhole or something and needs to be addressed more intensely than shoving more asphalt into it.
