Description
Turning left from westover hills blvd onto forest hill ave is backing up for two blocks from the hours of 4:30pm-5:00pm. Its backing up past Duston and taking three light cycles or more to get through. The timing of tge left turn light isnt correct for the volume of traffic during rush hour.
