Description

A large sinkhole has appeared in the alley off of Pine Street (between Franklin and Grace) immediately adjacent to a handicap ramp. It is a significant trip hazard, as well as a mobility obstacle to those who need extra assistance (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs).
