Description

We'd like to address the constantly overflowing trash can by TJ High School - on the southwest corner next to the little playground. It is pretty much always full of dog poop bags with more on the surrounding ground. How can we get this taken care of? Ideas: More frequent trash pick up Add two more cans Remove all cans
