Description
I've submitted this tree probably 2 or 3 times over the past 18 months. Half of the tree is diseased or struggling - this is the second spring that over half has not sprouted leaves and during storms will drop branches onto the sidewalk / cars below. To make matters worse, after the winter storms - sewage has started to back up into my basement. This tree is planted under a foot away from the sewer line and roots have collapsed my sewer pipe requiring a full replacement.
